- After years of writing software, it was literally time to spice up my work, so I turned my hobby into my craft. Stormur was inspired by my travels through Iceland, the land of ice and fire: a smoky chili crisp with apple pieces, pine nuts and smoked chipotle flakes, warm and full of flavour.

- Flammkuchen with bacon and mushrooms: the chipotle enhances the smoky bacon
- A cheese sandwich: the creamy cheese balances the heat and the smoky crunch lifts it
